pallet overlays

• Overlays allow stacking of successive loads on pallets in transport and storage
• Reduce the required storage area by a factor of 3 and therefore storage and transport costs
• Reduce the number of shipments and losses due to cargo damage during transport
• Fit standard wooden pallets and EPAL pallets
• Made of steel for durability and reliability
• Thanks to the modular design, folded unused sides can be stacked in a single pallet position.
• 4 sets (8 pieces) of caps take up the same amount of space when stacked as the 1 gitterbox.
• When stacking pallets filled with goods, it is possible to open the side clamp and pull out the goods - without having to unstack the pallets.
• The loading of the pallet can be both started and finished by welding the overlays together.

The overlay consists of two elements made of steel profiles and angles welded together:

• load-bearing side,
• tie side.

A set of overlays consists of two pieces fastened around a 1200 x 800 mm pallet or two 800 x 600 mm pallets, using clamping clips.

The pallet is an integral part of the structure – nie ma możliwości stosowania nakładek bez podstawy w postaci palety!

• The overlay has forklift entrances located on both sides of the pallet.
• The individual elements of the pallet overlay can be clipped together using a simple latching system.
• Depending on the need, the structure can be protected with a coating of Zinc or powder paint in the RAL colour of your choice
