Projektujemy i realizujemy projekty konstrukcji przestrzennych, tj.:

mezzanine floors,
platforms for production lines.

We select materials to meet strength and health and safety requirements.

We offer:

stands and racks,
trolley tracks,
bumpers,
warning gates and posts including their anchoring to the floor
moving platforms,
trolleys.

The structures are galvanised or powder coated in the RAL colour of your choice.

Constructions

For the construction we use:

item construction profiles,
Bosch Rexroth design profiles,
Beewatec pipe systems,

including their dedicated, original connecting elements.

System constructions are characterised by their high aesthetics and the possibility of easy modification.

From profiles and tubes we produce:

workstations,
racks with the possibility of using gravity feeders,
housings,
stands,
moving tables.

Constructions

conveyors and transporters

We manufacture simple (gravity) and complex feeders and conveyors, using automatic and pneumatic components.

Structures of this type are placed in frames:

free-standing,
constant,
moving,

as well as assembling them as part of modifications to existing production lines and assembly stations.

If necessary, the structure is fitted with mechanisms:

stopping,
turning,
feeding of components.

We also use security for transported loads in the form of:

bumpers,
sides,
housings,
limiters.
